Ref: 950027  JG Graves KWKS open face pocket watch.  This is a cylinder escapement watch
with 6 jewels.  The watch has been cleaned and oiled.  I would guess this watch to be from the
late 1880's to early 1890's.  The dial is in great shape and is marked "JG Graves Sheffield  Swiss
Made, is single sunk and has no visible cracks or chips.  The movement is in good running order
but it is a cylinder and they are not noted for their accuracy.  There are a few teeth missing off
the winding ratchet but this does not affect the running of the watch.  The case is silver marked
0.935 on the inside of the outer cover and also on the inside of the inner cover.  There is nice
deep engine turning on the outside of the back cover and there is an un-engraved shield in the
center of the back.   I have priced this watch a little lower then most keywinds from this era due
to the winding ratchet problem.
Please add $7.00 postage on this watch for shipping and insurance in the US.
